These terms apply to Freedot Executive Assistant (assist.freedot.ca), made by Freedot, Ontario, Canada. By using the app you agree to them. Questions: hello@freedot.ca.
The app helps you plan your day, sorts the email of the mailboxes you connect, and prepares reply drafts and calendar events for you. It never sends an email or accepts a meeting on its own: you check and confirm. Summaries and drafts are written with AI and can contain mistakes, so please read them before you rely on them or send them.
Keep access to your phone and accounts secure. Only connect mailboxes and calendars that you are allowed to use. Don't use the app for anything illegal, to send spam, or to harm others.
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect any account at any time and ask us to delete all your data.
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the app is provided as is, without guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Freedot is not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed email or meeting. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app before important changes apply. You can stop using the app at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
